CREW Member Spotlight: Jennifer Hardy Fournier

The CREW Member Spotlight highlights someone who is making an impact in the CREW Atlanta community. For the most recent Member Spotlight, we selected Jennifer Hardy Fournier, Vice President of Commercial Development at Crabapple Landscape.

Profile PhotoCREW Atlanta: What made you decide to work in the field you are in?

Jennifer Hardy Fournier: My family always participated in garden club events growing up and I have always loved being outdoors and learning about horticulture. I started my career in Property Management and developed a passion for Real Estate. After several years in the business I decided to combine my love of Real Estate and Horticulture into one profession. I have now been in the landscape industry for more than 10 years.

When and how did you join CREW?

I joined CREW in January 2018 after attending an event at the end of last year.

Hometown?

I was born in Norfolk, Virginia, and was raised in East Cobb and reside there today.

Family?

I am married to Phil Fournier and my son Clay Walker just celebrated his 16th birthday.

If you had to pick a different job, what would it be?

I would love to own a B&B and coordinate weddings.

Craziest job you ever had?

Bartender/waitress…Oh! The stories I could tell.

Tell us one thing people might be surprised to know about you.

I love punk music!

If you were a brand, what would your personal slogan be?

I guess I would make a play on Nike and say “Just do it”

If you could only have one book to read the rest of your life, what would it be? Or what is the most influential book you have ever read?

I love the book Forever by Pete Hamil.

If you could have a freeway billboard sign with any content you wanted on it, what would it say?

You’re almost to the beach!

Hobbies/interests? What do you do to relieve stress?

I love to play tennis and I am on a Sunday Women’s ALTA team. I also love to hike with my family and our dog.

Other than your career, what other skill would you like to develop most in life?

I would love to learn woodworking and building.

Jennifer Fournier joined Crabapple Landscape Services in 2017 as the Vice President of Commercial Business Development. Jennifer spent 14 years in the Commercial Property Management field before starting her career in Commercial Landscape Services. She joins Crabapple Landscape with over 10 years of landscape Business Development.
